Consider the quality of the water used to brew the tea. Fresh water that has been boiled is preferable, but not necessary, for a fantastic cup of tea. Green and white teas pure teas are delicate teas and might become bitter if brewed with boiling water. If the water in the pot is too hot to touch, add a cup of cold water or let it sit for a while to cool down. You may get multiple uses out of many of these teas by rebrewing them.
