Organic White Tea – Sachet

When properly brewed, white tea has an almost transparent, watery white color. Despite how unremarkable the hue is, the scent is invigorating. Also, it has the highest concentration of antioxidants and polyphenols. Several studies have shown that white tea has significant health benefits. 

White tea, comes from the tips of tea bush called peko, is made from the unopened leaf buds of tea leaves. We meticulously perform out chosen harvesting method, therefore we can only pick about 500g from 1 hectare. It is a type of tea with a rich, delicious, natural and delicate aroma with a slight sweetness. You can enjoy this exquisite taste even more if you drink using cold brew.

Brewing Advise

Consider the quality of the water used to brew the tea. Fresh water that has been boiled is preferable, but not necessary, for a fantastic cup of tea. Green and white teas pure teas are delicate teas and might become bitter if brewed with boiling water. If the water in the pot is too hot to touch, add a cup of cold water or let it sit for a while to cool down. You may get multiple uses out of many of these teas by rebrewing them. Reusing the brew multiple times might bring up even more subtle tastes.
